Philosophy of the Keexzus, No. 38: Plateau

[January 19, 2015]

Say, there are several language tracks running alongside one another. Connections exist between. One can see but not move into the next. And yet still, the possibility not only exists to move onto the other but to create new tracks, new connectors, and new possibilities. Language is the infinite. Nothing will constrain language more than comfort. Nothing will comfort more than ideological positions within institutions. The artist must push past these imaginary regulatory creations. There are no constraints to creation.

Regardless of medium, stasis is the death of all. The plateau is comfort for the uninspired. Fear of failure, the fear of death, symbolic and otherwise is usually the case—the highly held fear of the atomic fact. One cannot be held by fear. One cannot be allowed to be held captive. The world awaits you.
